Finance Officer – Part-Time (12 month fixed term contract) – Brighton, SA

About the Role

We’re seeking a proactive and organised Finance Officer to support our financial operations and ensure compliance with legislative and organisational standards. Reporting to the Senior Finance Officer, you’ll play a key role in maintaining financial integrity while contributing to a creative and inclusive workplace.

A portion of the hours can be worked from home each fortnight

Key Responsibilities

  • Process fortnightly payroll, leave entitlements, superannuation, and salary packaging
  • Assist with PAYG summaries and tax reconciliation
  • Enter payments, invoices, and bank transactions
  • Support monthly bank and petty cash reconciliations
  • Follow up on unpaid invoices
  • Process accounts payable and cash banking
  • General administrative duties including filing and occasional reception support
  • Profit/loss reporting
