TGIF brings together outstanding vocalists with perfect pitch.
TGIF are a group of talented neurodivergent and learning disabled singers who perform popular cover songs and medleys.
TGIF is made up of learning disabled and neurodivergent artists Aimee Crathern, Andy Norman, Annika Hooper, Caroline Hardy, Jordan Allard, Michelle Hall and Sam Bateman. Together, they make exceptional harmonies
They are led by Carol Young – Musical Director and Hayley Sommers‑Cain.
TGIF Performances in 2024-25
TGIF deliver high quality professional performance that include:
- 2025 Hopgood Theatre Gala: TGIF performed on Friday 24 October 2025 to a sold-out gala evening hosted by Helpmann Award-winner Michael Griffiths and acclaimed cabaret star Amelia Ryan.
- 2025 Bedford Gala Night: at the Adelaide Convention Centre. Performing a specially curated set of 60’s music for their 60’s James Bond theme event to an appreciative audience of over 300 attendees.
- 2024 Civic Park Christmas Carols Concert: TGIF performed alongside a spectacular lineup of artists, singers, and dancers at the Civic Park Carols to an audience of over 20,000, spreqading festive cheer with their stunning harmonies, leaving the crowd visibly moved.
- 2023 Don’t Forget the Bubble Paediatrics Conference: a 20-minute performance to a full house of doctors and medical professionals including an original a “rap” as addition to the song ‘Perfect’ tying in with the conference that presented a challenge to the medical model about perceptions of disabled people.
