Refunds, Returns and Exchanges
Refunds
If the product you bought from the Tutti Arts shop is broken, damaged or not working, you can ask for a refund.
You must ask for a refund within 30 days of receiving the product.
To request a refund, please email a photo of the faulty product to Tutti Arts. Also include your name and the date you purchased the product. Our email address is info@tutti.org.au .
Returns
A ‘return’ is if you change your mind about buying a product and want to send it back. You can only return a product if has not been used or worn, and it is in perfect condition.
You must return your product within 30 days of receiving it if you want a refund.
You must pay for the cost of posting the item back to Tutti. Or if you live in Adelaide, you can bring it to our Brighton studio.
When we receive your returned item, along with your name and the date you purchased the item, we will refund the cost of the item. The refund will not include shipping and transaction fees.
Exchanges
An ‘exchange’ is if you need to swap a product over. For example, you need a different size of clothing. If you received a faulty product, you can also request an exchange for a new one.
Size exchanges are only available for clothing. Clothing exchanges are only possible if stock is available in the requested size.
You must return your product within 30 days of receiving it if you want an exchange.
You must pay for the cost of posting the item back to Tutti. Or if you live in Adelaide, you can bring it to our Brighton studio.
When we receive your returned item, along with your name and the date you purchased the item, we will send you the replacement item.

Or you can bring your product to Tutti’s Brighton studio at the corner of Commercial Road and Strathmore Terrace, Brighton SA during office hours (9am – 4pm).

Shipping
Tutti Arts is a small non-profit organisation.
We are only able to sell and ship items within Australia. We cannot ship items to other countries.
If your item is in stock, please allow 1 week for it to be shipped (posted to you). We don’t offer express shipping. We will send you an email when your item has been sent.
If you are picking up your order, please allow 1 week for it to be ready for collection. You can collect your product from Tutti’s Brighton studio at the corner of Commercial Road and Strathmore Terrace, Brighton SA during office hours (9am – 4pm).
