TKY- Tutti Kids and Youth Program

Tutti Arts provides Adelaide’s only out of school hours arts program where young people living with disability can develop their creativity through the arts: music and movement, drama, visual arts and media arts.

Our current sessions are:

Music & Drama sessions at Brighton:

Day Time Age
Tuesdays 4:30 – 5:30pm 15+
Saturdays 9:30 – 10:30am 6 – 8 years
9:30 – 10:30am 8 – 10 years
10:45 – 11:45am 11+

 Visual Arts sessions at Brighton:

Day Time Age
Saturdays 9:30 – 10:30am 10+
10:45 – 11:45am 6+

Led by specialist arts educators, the hour-long classes are held once per week and follow the public school term calendar.  Classes are small so that everyone feels confident and able to contribute.  The focus of each group is tailored to the participants and the skill set of the tutors.

While our focus is on fun, friendship and harnessing creativity, research has shown that programs like Tutti Kids and Youth can assist young people in their:

  • Cognitive development: listening, concentration, collaboration, abstract and imaginative thinking
  • Psychosocial development: self-esteem, confidence, sense of belonging and friendship development
  • Physical development: strength, balance, coordination and fine motor skills
  • Educational growth: numeracy, speech, vocabulary, critical analysis and problem solving

The program is NDIS registered.
